A World beginning to build, without collective bargaining. Employees subject to the "mood" of the employer when the changes are designed and implemented. Employee is no longer permitted to have a "say" in their benefits, no negotiating to arrive at a mutual agreement.
In time, Collective Bargaining will be restored, but it must start with each member RECOMMITTING TO THE FIGHT!
