WisPolitics.com: Partisan vote differences, 2010 gov to 2011 recalls

It seems apparent that independent and democratic voter apathy WAS NOT present in the recall elections as it was in the 2010 general elections. SEPAC's observation is that when union voters engage, union voters can win elections.
