Sen. Alberta Darling (R-8) stated in an interview with WisPolitics today that if the budget repair bill measure that called for the stripping of collective bargaining rights from public employees were brought back for a vote, she would vote YES to the stripping of collective bargaining rights, again.
She further stated that the present bill is tied up in the courts and depending upon how long the Wisconsin Supreme Court recount will take will determine how long before the court matter is cleared up. She was implying that Justice David Prosser would most certainly rule in favor of Gov. Scott Walker and the Legislature Majority.
