The ONLY financial scam that failed to make the top ten list or the list at all, was Scott Walker's financial scam of screaming that Wisconsin was headed for financial disaster if he did not take away collective bargaining from public employees. Lets not forget that he admitted at a U.S Congressional Hearing that the stripping of collective bargaining rights from public employees in Wisconsin had nothing to do with the money. It was that testimony that brought truth to one of the largest financial scam's in Wisconsin history.
Shame on you Scott Walker!
