This does not change anything the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision has already caused. This is just an official dismissal of the case. It does however shed light on the issue of legislators having to comply with their very own "Open Meetings" law. That is an issue that they will need to tackle or eventually the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
