A representative of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees on Thursday asked Columbia County District Attorney Jane Kohlwey to prosecute some or all members of the Columbia County Board of Supervisors, alleging that the County Board violated state open meetings laws while discussing the policy and procedure manuals for county employees.
