First it was a video of Scott Walker telling Billionaire Diane Hendricks of how he was going to deal with public employee unions through a "divide and conquer" strategy and just revealed today, an email exchange between Walker's Deputy Chief of Staff and a Deputy Sheriff shows that in September of 2010 Walker had a plan of how he was going to deal with "active state employees".
