Congressman Ron Kind Retains 3rd CD Seat

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is predicting Congressman Ron Kind Winner in the 3rd Congressional District.

With 95% of the votes tabulated Congressman Ron Kind leads 50% - 47%.
