As SEPAC believes and posted earlier, this signing into law the very controversial re-districting legislation late on the RECALL ELECTION day was a ploy to not anger the voters more than they already are before they go to the polls.
Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca was even caught by surprise with the signing of this legislation, late today.
