Unions seek certification under new collective bargaining law

At this time, AFSCME Council 24, Wisconsin State Employees Union IS NOT seeking recertification.

Under the provisions of Wisconsin Act 10 and with the WSEU being the "certified" bargaining agent of record, a demand to bargain has been delivered to the Walker Administration. Now they have the duty to bargain.
