The Walker Administration intended to cancel, hopefully, in their eyes, thousands of these policies. They did not want to do the alternative and that was to tell people outright, while on the campaign trail, that they wanted to reduce the number of participants in the BadgerCare Plus program. If they had, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ELECTED IN 2010. It is that simple.
Now they deliberately pass the costs of this health care "take-away" onto those of us who are fortunate enough to have health insurance.
