Some of the recent allegations swirling around Wisconsin lawmakers and their staff members have left us wondering just how much the state's political crowd learned from the not-that-long-ago caucus scandal.
In criminal complaints filed last week, Milwaukee County prosecutors told of a secret email and Internet system surreptitiously used by some top aides to Gov. Scott Walker for doing campaign work on county taxpayer time while he was serving as Milwaukee County executive.
