It is a beautiful day in Wisconsin, but that is not stopping AFSCME Council 24 members from sacrificing their day off and participating in a Union Bargaining Conference in Madison.
An estimated 150 delegates packed AFSCME Headquarters for a general session where they were briefed as to the current state of affairs. The general session was followed by each bargaining unit breakout session where each unit elected their executive board representatives.
Newly elected executive board representatives will assume their duties at the conclusion of the WSEU Convention to be held June 9 and 10 in Madison.
