Responding to the video ahead of the state Republican Party convention in Green Bay, Walker made his strongest statements to date that he did not want to pursue so-called right-to-work legislation, which would prohibit requiring private-sector employees to pay dues to a union. But he again declined to say whether he would sign such legislation.
