Tom Barrett's campaign is calling out Scott Walker regarding the ongoing "John Doe" investigation. The investigation has begun to make the Governor so nervous that he has established a "Criminal Defense" fund. Why would any Governor do that unless they believe that at some point they are going to need to answer to criminal charges against them.
