Collective bargaining makes for a "fair" work environment, ALL workers should have collective bargaining. It protects employees and employers and provides written rules for economic strength and fairness. We are glad that some public employees continue to have collective bargaining, but ALL should have collective bargaining for a stronger Wisconsin economy.
