"GRANTS", not loans, no need to payback, "GRANTS" and the State of Wisconsin continues to show the attitude, "NO THANKS", we will get that money from the backs of our middle and lower income working families, if we want it at all. The Walker Administration continues with the attitude, our supporters DO NOT use these medical clinics so what DO WE CARE!
