The Tea Party Express Tour plans to stop in La Crosse and hold their rally at the Copeland Park Oktoberfest Shelter just before the 7:05pm start of the Dan Kapanke owned La Crosse Loggers baseball game. Remember; Dan Kapanke is the TARGET, not the team players of the La Crosse Loggers who are greatly appreciated by the La Crosse area community.
