Employer Beginning to Cancel Local Agreements

We are receiving word from AFSCME Local Union leaders that some agencies are beginning to CANCEL local agreements related to such things as Alternative Work Patterns and Vacation Scheduling. Local Union leaders are asking for written notification and are being advised that the employer no longer needs to provide written notice. Please share any and all communications that any of you receive regarding any actions on the part of the employer to do anything with what use to be an agreement between the employer and employees.
