The GAB reverses its earlier decision after realizing that under the new rules, secured by Scott Walker, they would need Walker's approval to implement their decision. Democrats are now accusing the GAB of putting its tail between its legs and wimpering off to avoid the conflict.
SCOTT WALKER's intent along with the Wisconsin GOP is to make it much more difficult for people to vote. Historically, Republicans have done much better in elections when the turnout is low. Now they want to keep the turnout to vote very low.
