It is so easy for the employer to "now" point out past infractions, even though they were not documented in writing. The past infractions of this employee do raise legitimate concerns as to this employees job performance, but what a coincidence that they suddenly take rise after the employee is dismissed for sharing an email to other employees that outlined the facts of obtaining a FREE Wisconsin ID for the purpose of voting. Voting aginst Republicans is what we see the employer implying by dismissing the employee.
