An independent group seeking to recall Wisconsin State Senator Scott Fitzgerald (R-13) announced this morning they had enough signatures to trigger a recall. Although they wouldn't say how many signatures had been gathered We Are Wisconsin Executive Director Kristen Crowell suggested in her comments that Wisconsinites would be "surprised" when the signatures are submitted to the Government Accountability Board on Tuesday.
