The contract covers 2012 and 2013 and calls for a full payment of the employees' share of the WRS contribution rate as determined by the Department of Employee Trust Funds. It also increases deductible, maximum out-of-pocket costs, and prescription drug co-pays. And finally, the contract calls for a two-year wage freeze followed by a salary increase of 2.5 percent effective Dec. 16, 2013.
