Subject: Wisconsin Act 10 – Budget Repair Bill
In compliance with the temporary restraining order and the direction from Mike Huebsch, Secretary of the Department of Administration, there will be no implementation of the provisions of Wisconsin Act 10 in pay period 8A or until further notice.
All agencies should continue current processes and procedures. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
