What do you think? As the article states and as Judge Sumi has stated in a court hearing, this matter could be cleared up if the legislature would simply bring the bill back into the legislative process and proceed legally this time. The GOP Majority refuses to bring it back at this time. I think they are afraid to bring it back because they no longer have the votes to pass the bill. I think several GOP will defect from supporting the anti-collective bargaining bill, as they should have during the first round of this illegal legislative action.
