Union Members Rally for President Obama

Hundreds of union members and activists held a rally Thursday afternoon in Green Bay to re-elect President Barack Obama. They see the election as a chance to save the power of unions. With the failed recall of Governor Walker and most Senate Republicans, and the survival of Act 10 - - the collective bargaining law -- which is now tied up in courts, unions have had a rough year. "It's been a little tough," Mark Cherney of United Steelworkers International acknowledged. "Hopefully it'll be a little better Tuesday." Union workers rallied as the AFL-CIO endorsed candidates and campaigned for President Obama, saying his re-election would mean big gains for unions.
