On Saturday morning about 50 protesters had hoped that Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald would come out to the end of his driveway and have coffee and donuts with them.
Senator Fitzgerald did not show, but rather had the local police checking on his welfare while the protesters waited patiently for his appearance.
