Wisconsin Democrats are now within striking distance of taking back control of the state Senate and putting the brakes on Scott Walker’s out-of-control agenda in Madison. As momentum continues to build behind efforts to flip the chamber, we’ve entered the home stretch towards the critical August 9th elections against 6 GOP senators whose careers are now on the line for blindly following Walker and rubberstamping his extreme agenda. To continue our drive to the finish, We Are Wisconsin has released a series of new ads in Republican districts last week, and will continue to communicate aggressively with voters between now and Election Day. With recent polling data suggesting Democrats have pulled even or slightly ahead in races they’ve previously trailed, new ads are now up in SD 8 vs. Alberta Darling, in SD 10 vs. Sheila Harsdorf, in SD 14 vs. Luther Olsen, and in SD 18 vs. Randy Hopper. All spots are running on both broadcast and cable in their respective media markets.
