Challenger to Jim Holperin Gets Smallest Support from Her Home Area

The below post written by WisPolitics.com cries out with "look at this". Kim Simic, challenger to incumbent Democratic Senator Jim Holperin, garnered the lowest numbers of support in the school district she resides in as well as the town she lives in, Eagle River.

Voters should be asking, do the people who reside in the area closest to her know something that other voters should take notice of? One would think that if you are qualified and respected by the voters, you should be getting your greatest number of votes in the community that you live in. Not receiving the lowest number of votes in all of the area's that you ran in.

Simac to take on Holperin, Tea party leader wins GOP primary … garnered about 59 percent of all votes cast within the district. 62% in her home county of Vilas, Land O' Lakes 73%, Winchester 76%, Manitowish Waters 78%. Lussow won no majority towns, coming closest in Simac’s hometown Eagle River. Faces Dem Sen. Holperin on Aug. 16, “I feel really excited. We have 26 days. … I want to be their voice in Madison and stay at the table and represent them.”
