Did you see Sen. Dan Kapanke's desperate message to American tea partiers?
It was originally posted on http://www.freerepublic.com/, a far-right conservative website which boasts of it's "alliances" with the likes of Ann Coulter and the Koch-funded astro-turf specialists at FreedomWorks.
Here are some of the highlights of the message:
"Hi, this is Wisconsin State Senator Dan Kapanke (R). My friends applaud me for having the courage to reform government by voting for Governor Scott Walker's successful plan to eliminate collective bargaining for government employee unions.
"Make no mistake, it will be a disaster for conservatives everywhere if we lose these recall elections.
"You can help me defeat my liberal opponent by making a secure online donation.

Clearly, Dan Kapanke is running scared. He knows that Wisconsinites won't stand for his extreme anti-family, anti-middle class agenda anymore. That's why he's calling upon national tea party groups to bail him out.
