Wisconsin state election officials delayed the public release of the recall petitions for Gov. Scott Walker on Monday as had been planned, citing privacy concerns - including from a stalking victim, according to a report. The state Government Accountability Board had given copies of the petitions to Walker’s campaign on Friday and said it would also put them online on Monday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. However, after hearing privacy concerns about several people who signed the recall petitions, including a stalking victim, the board decided to wait before making the documents available online.
