The Democratic Party of Wisconsin has raised $3.4 million in early 2012 and in 2011, less than half of the $7.4 million raised by the Friends of Gov. Scott Walker. The Democratic funds have gone primarily to promoting the “Recall Walker” campaign and collecting recall petitions, said state Democratic Party spokesman Graeme Zielinski.
