Gov. Scott Walker says he doesn't think that the ongoing John Doe investigation is targeting him. But it is certainly getting closer to the governor. Last week, two staffers who worked directly for Walker when he was Milwaukee County executive were charged with illegally campaigning while taxpayers paid them to do county work. … The biggest revelation Jan. 26: Prosecutors say that Walker's top aides were running a secret e-mail network at the county courthouse that allowed them to communicate with one another about both campaign and government issues without the public knowing what was going on. Those e-mails may be a gold mine for prosecutors as the investigation continues.
