A Dane County Judge ordered the State of Wisconsin and Michael Huebsch to open the State Capitol to the citizens of Wisconsin. DOA Secretary Michael Huebsch through direction of Governor Walker have developed a "blog" to keep the citizens informed as to what, when and how access can be achieved to the State Capitol by the "People of Wisconsin". It seems Governor Walker has seized the State Capitol from the "PEOPLE". However, he and DOA Secretary Huebsch "believe" they are in compliance with the court order.
