We have just learned that a Dane County Circuit Court judge has ordered the State Capitol open to its citizens.
Judge Daniel R. Moeser, circuit court branch 11, Dane county circuit court ordered the "Respondent" (State of Wisconsin and Michael Huebsch, et al) to "open the Wisconsin Capitol to members of the public during business hours and at times when governmental matters, hearings, listening sessions, and court arguments are being heard".
